Deposit and Additional Fees: In addition, a breakage deposit of EUR 200 is payable before the check in. This deposit will be returned at check out once the condition of the apartment has been checked and the keys returned. For groups of more than 2 apartments or for 2 bedroom apartments, the deposit will be EUR 250 per apartment and it must be made with a credit card. The breakage deposit may be affected by noncompliance with the rules of conduct of the community: not gathering up the apartment, not disposing the trash or losing the keys, among others. Keys collection: Keys must be collected from "Calle Ibiza, 12, Local 4, at the corner of the pharmacy Please note that Apartamentos Turísticos Gemelos 2.4 offer free luggage storage upon departure in the Gestaltur office (subject to office hours). Please note that the free private parking is upon availability. Please note that the change of towels and bed linen is done every 7 days for stays of more than 7 nights. For stays of less than 7 nights, the changes will be made upon request for a fee: Towel change: 20€. Linen and towel change: 45€ The schedule and season of the pool is subject to what the community of the building decides. This may vary depending on the year and the season.
