"Frío en cafeteria"

En la cafetería y la zona de espectáculos tienen el aire muy fuerte y te acabas helando.Por eso nos fuimos a pasar la velada a otro hotel donde estuviéramos más cómodos.Una lástima!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at Hotel Voramar was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I stayed at the hotel from 20 May to 22 May 2026, although my booking was until 24 May. I decided to leave early due to the extremely unprofessional and aggressive behaviour of the manager on duty. The problems started with the room itself. I was allocated a corner room on the second floor with a completely worn-out mattress, making it impossible to sleep properly for two nights. On top of that, the noise from the corridor and the street was unbearable. When I politely raised my concerns, the hotel offered another room on the same floor without any view, which was not an acceptable solution considering the price paid for the stay. I simply requested a better room allocation, but instead of handling the situation professionally, the manager became rude and dismissive. He told me they had guests arriving from TUI and that if I did not like it, I could check out. The situation escalated during checkout. The manager shouted aggressively, threw a card on the floor, and behaved in a very intimidating manner that genuinely made me feel unsafe. The most shocking moment happened when I accidentally left my phone at reception. Instead of calling me back politely, he threw my phone — worth nearly €2,000 — several metres behind me onto the floor. When I reacted by saying again that this was a horrible place, one of the reception staff members started walking behind me as I was leaving the hotel. At that moment, I genuinely felt scared and intimidated, as it seemed like they wanted to attack me. No guest should ever feel threatened or unsafe in a hotel environment. As someone who has worked in hospitality for 12 years and travels frequently around the world, I can honestly say I have never experienced such disrespectful and aggressive treatment from hotel management.
