This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 800 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. Guests are requested to contact the property in the case of late arrival or to receive reception opening times. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please contact the residence before arrival for more specific information. The free cleaning kit includes 1 sponge, 1 mop, 1 bottle of multi-use product, 1 dishcloth and 1 bottle of washing up liquid. The free bed linen package includes a bed sheet, duvet cover and pillow case. Please note that guests are required to clean the kitchen. Please note that any modification may incur a fee.
