Villas Menorca Sur by 3VILLAS

Very helpful staff, excellent value for money when travelling in October. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds.

Heated pool option would be nice as water was cold. We wouldn't mind paying extra for such service.

The villa was very clean, but only basic utilities. No comfortable cushions on the sofa. Looked a bit spars and lacking in character. It had a lovely view from the garden/pool area. Bed was comfortable.

No character, lacking in soft furnishing. Only basic equipment in the kitchen.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Menorca Sur. ( Sep. - Oct. A couple of travellers) The check-in process was smooth and effective. We had excellent communication with reservation team. Even though we didn't see any person receiving us at the villa, the team communicated with us prior to our arrival, and we had all info. we needed to get into the villa without any issues. The villa itself is located away from crowds. It is a peaceful area, quiet.. just what we needed to relax and unwind. It has decent water pressure and good WiFi signal. We also had a Sea view and Amazing Sunset view from the lovely balcony surrounded by lush, green, healthy plants. Weather permitting, you get good visibility you can see Mallorca at the horizon. Because this place is away from artificial lights of the busier area, when the sky is clear at night, it's a great place for star gazing. The place is clean, the kitchen is equipped and waiting for your cooking creativity or you can just dine out at the various restaurants nearby. The lovely beach of Son Bou is not out of reach. The pool is part of why this place is so amazing, it is super clean and well- maintained. We used it quite a lot during our stay. In the morning, we went on adventure , sightseeing places , enjoy local foods and exploring activities somewhere on the island. In the afternoon, we came back to relax by the pool which is located in the position that you will get plenty of sunshine to bathe in and it comes with the privacy of being in your own lovely pool. Secluded, private, and peaceful, away from noise and people. Throughout our stay, Félix, villa manager had kept the communication open. We couldn't have asked for more attentive support. He was more than happy to offer lovely tips and recommendations and it was very handy and made planning the day easier. Service and Communication we had during our stay was perfect. The noise from pool pump/filter and from the nearby hotel's air con units was quite loud and invasive

Spacious rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Nice clean pool (not warmed). Clean Kitchen. Nice welcome pack. We got a house with sea view. Wlan was good and we could stream with the smart tv. All appliances were new. Communication via WhatsApp ahead of arrival and during our stay was great.

Modern and well equipped villa with all the amenities you need. Very spacious rooms and plenty loungers and space around the pool area to sit. The villas have been done up lovely from the last visit in 2022! Lovely touch adding a welcome pack too!
