The first time I was at the Sea Star Beau Rivage hotel but I do not recommend it, it has supposedly 5 stars but deserves 2.5, specifically about the cleanliness in the bathroom, shabby walls, dirty bathtubs as if they were not washed from something, no hot water from 10 pm, the plastic that is mounted on the bathtub is terribly neglected, dirty neglected lamps, the rooms are decent but not great, there was cleaning, yes, but everything is so neglected that there are no words, I suggest taking a cleaning agent with you if someone wants to go there, one program is Polish, 3 English, the rest is Muslim, when it comes to food, the same every day and what is left from a given day is processed the next day into salads, raw vegetables or soups, I am not satisfied with this hotel and I think that there are much better ones in Hurghada, the service is nice and friendly because they have to be like that because of us tourists, we live, the internet despite the fact that all inclusive is paid for 13 dollars, they collect money on every corner as much as they can and it's not nice and they make fun of the fact that if there is, for example, a slightly torn dollar, I won't take it, I had to organize a driver back to the airport and earlier he was there at the arrival and even though I paid he took 10 dollars, in general Egypt is going to the "dogs" I won't go there again and I think that there are better, more beautiful places, in general for the hotel I rate 3 out of 10, food 3 as well, best regards

Right on the beach enough sunbeds for everyone and also free water everywhere

The cleanliness the fact that’s an all inclusive hotel but you have to pay for wifi specific drinks hot or cold and also be aware some people leave their towel to book seats on the beach without taking them off for a week so you will end up next the pool where the music is to loud

Some members of stuff was friendly, others not. The housekeeper was a lovely guy and the restaurant manager too with couple of waiters.

Hotel has a great potential but it needs desperately for a refurbishment, specifically in the rooms and toilets

The service is excellent in all places. All the employees deal with you with a sincere smile. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the food tastes great. There is a different buffet every day and the breakfast buffet is very rich. There is a heated swimming pool. The entertainment team has different shows every day.
