Standard property, big good rooms.

Beach. Pretty impossible to get into water without hurting feet, cutting nails etc. impossible to swim. If you think about spending time in the water of the sea don’t go to this hotel. If you don’t care about it you can take this hotel .

Internet connection. Only one device per person.

The property is in a nice location

staff at reception and restaurant were not smiling. When I booked it in Bookings it didnt say charges apply for the gym and wifi. Although i complained they basically didnt care. Will never go there again

It was a pleasure trip, and we enjoyed quite well regarding the special treatment, starting from the receptionist , animation team to the staff in restaurants. Much appreciated to the best staff ever.

unfortunately, the are a poor variety in snacks.

It was not to much to like staff was good and general manager perfect and helped resolve any issues.

Never been in hotel in Egypt where was full of Egyptian people nothing against them but they absolutely don't care about anything they think they are more rich then staff of hotel and they can treat them bad. Also throw rubbish everywhere on beach around pool. Not care about put their rubbish in the bin. Myself my wife and few others people from Poland were constantly collecting their rubbish and putting in bin. They Absolutely ignore other People in dining areas who are waiting for food and getting upfront you and Evan if you talk to them they ignore you. They taking plates for 20 people and eat like one and rest left on tables and waste all the food and you have to wait for other food to be cooked. In the evening program absolutely without any life in them catch all the seats so you have no place to sit and ignore the shows . Myself and my wife prefer to go sleep after dinner as all hotel was really boring due this circumstance. Also any animation program during the day was absolutely without interest of animation staff or guests. For example when we ask to play darts we were told we just make a picture together in front of darts for their boss to see we played because darts are broken. So actually we made picture and program finish. I not recommend this hotel to any foreign people for sure. Very disappointing experience and we were really upset we didn't enjoy our holiday .
