what a great little gem this place is right in heart of old Benidorm breakfast was excellent full English and a lovely rooftop bar with great views dee dee and rest of the staff were lovely and helpful would defenetly come back here in future

The English breakfast was lovely, location was amazing, bed were very comfortable.

The shower in our room was not great, it definetely needed an upgrade.

The staff were so nice and helpful, always happy in the morning when having breakfast Rooms are very clean, and towels and bed linen was so white and fresh, better than 5star hotels we stayed in well done to the queen's .

Just a bit noisy but it's is benidorm people come and go all hours.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable, great location. Just beside tapas alley. Friendly staff. Great rooftop bar with full views over benidorm

The rooms are a little small but not the worst. THE LIFT IS SO SLOW 🥲 gave up a few times waiting on it because it only tells you were it is on the ground floor and possibly rooftop bar. Otherwise youre just waiting with no idea where it is🤣

The hotel is in a good location, which made it convenient for getting around. The staff were friendly and helpful during my stay.

The rooms felt very dated and could benefit from refurbishment. Basic facilities like tea and coffee were not conveniently positioned near plug sockets, which made them awkward to use. The balcony did not feel particularly safe, and the room itself was quite small.
