The breakfast was satisfactory for me daily. The grounds were very well maintained and clean as well as the rooms. The location was perfect for me being close to the Yumbo center. The other guests made it friendly also.

The first room I was given was overlooked by the apartments across the road, so not very private but after I requested a move the new room was excellent it could only happen as they had a spare room, not always possible. The Party noise coming from Axel Beach was very loud but did not go on late in the evening so sleep was not disturbed.

We love the location of the bungalows in the middle of a nice garden with palms, hibiscus and other plants, there are doves, rabbits and even peacocks running around, the pool is big enough with sunbeds and umbrellas. You can have a beer at the small pool bar during the day hours. It's just 2 minutes walk from the Yumbo centre with all the restaurants, shops and clubs. The bungalows are nicely furbished with a TV, fans and basic kitchen appliances. Above all that, we really appreciate the place is gay man only - it adds a very relaxed atmosfere.

We love this place, just from our point of view, it is not really worthy to book with breakfast. The breakfast is very basic, a lot of pre-packed stuff (including all the sweet pastry in plastic bags), if you want anything else than granola with yoghurt or bread with marmalade, you need to ask for it (eggs / ham / cheese). The staff is very nice and helpfull, just from my point of view the breakfast has not a good ration price / quality and it's much better to prepare your breakfast in your bungalow.

NO AIR CONDITIONING. The temps hit 49 degrees by day and stayed over 30 by night, so we got very little sleep. Sweated all night!!

equipement in the kitchen: no boiler, no oven ( regular neither micro), hob very difficult to use bathroom: curtain and so lot of water out on the wood flor; soap dispenser inoperativ, shower head broken curtain in the bedroom not enough efficient to keep darkness

Beautiful green bungalow park and a perfect/central location

They have to be aware of the price-quality ratio. (It's getting more and mpre expensive every year).

As a self catering it is very poorly that no microwave is available in the bungalow!

Beautiful setting, lots of greenery. Large complex. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was made to order as well as continental if needed.

Lack of information pack on what is available at the resort example being we didn't know the complex would supply water on request.
