The staff was outstanding, very helpful. The property is located very close to the park. The only complaint we and other guests had was that their is no elevator and many , many stairs. Definitely not ADA compliant.

Great Location

We had such a fantastic stay at Hotel Plitvice, staff were extremely friendly and helpful, room and hotel were exceptionally clean, and the location was extremely convenient.

The hotel is out dated. No air conditioning in 36 degree heat. We were told to leave the windows open and we did for about half an hour but we got killed my mosquitos so we had to close the windows and basically couldn’t sleep all night due to the heat. The service was very good and the front desk staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Breakfast was ok. I don’t recommend this place if you’re staying in the summer and can sleep in a very hot room.

2022년 6월 초에 2박을 하였다. 주변 환경이 좋고 호텔 프런트는 친절했다. 그러나 에어컨디션이 없어서 방이 너무나 더웠다. 낮에 문을 열면 파리가 들어왔으며 밤에는 혹시 모기가 있을까봐 창문을 닫았는데 차라리 창문을 여는 것이 좋을 것이다. 방에 있는 작은 냉장고가 너무 낡아서 냉장 효율이 매우 낮았고 난로처럼 방안에 열기만 내뿜었다. 그래서 둘째날에는 아예 냉장고의 전원을 빼고 지냈다. 또한 화장실을 이용을 할 때 문 여닫는 소리가 귀에 거슬렸으며 fan 소리 또한 너무 커서 대단히 신경이 쓰였다. 점심이나 저녁 식사를 제공하지 않아 걸어서 5분 거리의 jejero 호텔을 이용했으며 거기는 부페식인 경우에도 물 등 음료수 값을 따로 비싸게 사 먹어야 했다. 최고의 장점은 넓고 아름다운 공원 내부를 언제든지 출입하며 산책할수 있는 것이었다.

Property is in need of an update, but I imagine Covid has a lot to do with that. Hotel was clean and a 2 min walk to the park.
