La ubicación

Verdaderamente un desastre la forma en que se gestiona este establecimiento. Llego a las 5 de la tarde la puerta cerrada llamo al timbre me tienen más de 20 minutos esperando… la persona que me atiende me dice que tengo que pagar cuando el pago ya estaba hecho. Me cobra de nuevo y a los 5 minutos me dice que ya estaba pagada y que me hacen una devolución. Pregunto por horario para cenar… no hacen cenas. Total en medio de la nada sin cenar. El desayuno de 9 a 10:30.. Verdaderamente el sitio es pura naturaleza pero verdaderamente no me extraña que esté vacío. Así no se hacen las cosas señora Gerente. PARA NO REPETIR

Es muy bonito y esta en un paraje natural

El desayuno muy muy justo y flojo y mal organizado. Se sirve a las 9h cuando en teoría debe ser a las 8h. Al pedirle que lo sirva a las 8h al día siguiente me dicen que si, pero aparecen 20 minutos tarde. Jamón de blister y pan de rodajas de Mercadona. El tomate triturado hay que pedirlo y tarda 15 minutos más. Café de Cápsula. Zumo de naranja natural. No hay opción de tortilla ni nada caliente. Sitio muy bonito pero con mal acceso. No hay recepcionista.

Nous avons fait une escale dans cet établissement lors de notre road trip à Vélo. nous venions de ALBIR (ALTEA) . L'hotel se trouve proche de la voie verte. le lendemain nous sommes reparti en direction de ELDA. Les responsables et le personnel a été charmant avec nous.

Nous avons fait escale dans cet hôtel atypique. Malgré que nous étions hors saison le personnel a été attentif à nos besoins comme nous étions en escales vélo.. je remercie particulièrement les propriétaires pour ce petit déjeuner chez eux avec au menu des produits de très bonne qualité qui nous a permis d’avoir l’énergie pour faire notre trajet de la journée.. un grand merci pour votre accueil et professionnalisme
