I've stayed here 3 or 4 times and will stay more in next season. Hotel is just perfect, nice location, nice staff, nice rooms.

Staying in this hotel second year in a row. All good as usual. Hotel is in 2 mins by walk from grocery store, 15 mins walk from the sea. Studio on 6th floor is very nice, HUUUGE terrace, big windows with a lot of light, 2 (!!!) A/C in the room, wi-fi is excellent, it's easy to work remotely from hotel network. Owner is very friendly, ready to help and I get a nice present at the check out. In early September hotel is very quiet, and location is quiet too, despite of being in very communicative place. Will return back, definitely.

There is no mosquito net on any of the windows. It would be nice to have an opportunity to breath marine air.

We liked everything, starting with the host and ending with the clean rooms. Had support when something was needed, we also received a memory gift when was time to leave. Cannot ask for more, sad we didn't made time to stay in the swimming pool which was also looking great.

In this hotel you will feel more than welcome. The manager and the ladies are very friendly and helpful. Very spacious rooms and the kitchen. The apartment is clean, towels are changed. Great localization! Close to the the beach, shops and restaurants but the area is quiet. Very good air-conditioning, there is also a lift. The swimming pool is big enough and is also clean. I had very nice 5-days stay with two children. We came from Burgas by bus - the bus station is 10 minutes from the hotel. The price to the quality you get is good.

It was well-maintained and provided a refreshing break from the summer heat. Whether you’re looking to swim laps or just relax by the water, the pool area is a fantastic addition to the overall experience. The owner was another standout feature of our visit. He was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel truly welcome. He went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, spacious rooms, excellent pool, and warm hospitality. I can’t wait to return for another stay!

Very good service and friendly owner and stuff… we have enjoyed our stay here and definitely be back once we are at Sunny Beach. Owner was very flexible and helpful and let us keep the room after check out time since our flight was late… Location is nice as well, close to everything, but not noisy at nght time… perfect for families with kids. Clean and nice pool.

We liked the place a lot. We were 3 friends in 2+1 apartment, but there was a big couch in living room so everyone had very comfortable separate room. We loved the balcony with pool view. Pool was big and nice. Around 10 minutes to the beach, but much less for supermarkets and many restaurants. Owner was very kind and funny guy. We had different freshly cooked breakfast every day, outside by the pool, we barely could eat that all :-) I recommend the stay here.
