Katerina Studios & Apartments

I saw some picture of the apartman in the reviews before I went there and I read some bad experience from others, BUT when we arrived to the apartman, it was much better then I thought . It was totally good for us, the location is perfect. The wifi and the air conditioner is free. Sok magyar volt a szálláson! :)

the owners were perfect and did the beat they could to make us feel comfortable. they gave us soup to wash in the morning cause we forgot to bring it and it was sunday and the markets were closed

the water goes slow

Staff was very helpful, always available for inquiries and issues.

We had a couple of issues (mold, no water at two occasions) but these problems were handled very fast and with great care as soon as we reported them.

No signs to inform us where the apartments were , Nobody to check us in , messaged received 2 hours after arrival of room number, hassled to pay for room when website said it would be charged to card, bloke that does the laundry calling g twice in two days asking for money already paid to owner

Kitchen needs up dating ,a more regular defined ,towel change/bedding change/general room cleansing .

Location was ideal, perfect for my needs.

There was no one to greet me when I arrived. Took me an hour to contact someone, When i did they said they had no record of my booking. When they finally found it I had to wait 20 minutes for someone to turn up and was then told my room wasn't ready. Had to then wait 30 minutes for them to get the room ready. The grounds the appartments were in were very shabby.
