"Shipka hotel stay"

I have stayed at this hotel on a number of occasions and it was fine, but they have now upgraded everything including lifts, kitchens, restaurants, I would highly recommend this hotel now, as before was basic, thanks to all the lovely staff

Mâncarea și personalul s-au ridicat la nivelul așteptărilor. Mâncarea este diversificată și foarte bună, personalul este amabil și îndreptat spre nevoile clientului.

Nu mi-am putut imagina că la categoria "băuturi" se poate face o asemenea "altoire" ca să zic așa. Decât să servești 7-8 sortimente de suc care e îndoit cu apă, mai bine servești 3-4 sortimente de calitate. Sau mai adaugi la prețul final pe care îl ceri turistului 100-150 de lei și ii dai ceva bun! Din categoria băuturi doar cafeaua a fost ceea ce trebuie! In afara de cele menționate cu băuturile, totul a fost pe placul meu!
