מיקום, מקום פסטורלי באמצע ישוב כאילו בלב טבע. בריכה גדולה. דירות יחסית גדולות ומרווחות. ניקיון מוקפד, מקבלים דירות נקיות והמתחם נקי. שער כניסה חשמלי גם להולכי רגל. פחים בכניסה למתחם לפינוי אשפה.

מבנים ישנים אבל זה לא כזה נורא אם היו מתקנים מנעולים בעייתיים, דלתות כניסה מפוררות ונסגרות לא חלק, דירה אחת ללא ידית מבפנים. למי שמתכנן גם לאפות אין תנור. אין קומקום חשמלי להרתיח מים רק על גז. כעקרון למשפחות שבאות למשהו קליל זה מספיק. לקבוצות שצריכות להכין הרבה אוכל בעיקר קבוצות ספורט זה כבר מאתגר. מזרנים לא הכי נוחים

trafiliśmy na czas owocowania niespotykanego w Polsce nieśplika japońskiego. owoce można było zrywać bezpośrednio z drzew na terenie ośrodka. bardzo smaczne, polecam!!
