Beautiful pool, wonderful location. Serene and calm.

Beds were not graat. Car is necessairy

When we arrived at the hotel there was a known problem with the water pipes. There was absolutely no water in our room, apart from brief moments throughout the day, when the water came but with incredibly low pressure. In such situation, the adequate thing to do as a hotel owner is to stop providing rooms until the issue is fixed. The owners of this hotel only cared about profit, so not only did they provide rooms, but they also didn't tell us about the issue - probably hoping that we would just be quiet about it, and agree to the fact that we cannot even wash ourselves and wash our hands! This is ridiculous, I have been visiting hotels almost every month for the last 10 years and never had this terrible experience. I could not wash my body, brush my teeth or wash my hands - as there was no water. The manager of the hotel lied to us and said the issue would take 5 minutes to fix, when she knew that it will not. There was lack of transparency, lack of respect. These are not normal human conditions to host guests in, the owners did not care - they only wanted to make their profit. When we spoke about compensation to them, as they did not provide normal human conditions to us instead of being understanding, they spoke to us with tone, trying to escape their own responsibility and their own deception. As customers we felt like they deceived us and concealed information - they did not warn us for 4 days we would be without water and they didn’t offer adequate support on time. We wasted 5 days in a row, waiting for water to come so that we can have a normal shower. They ruined 5 days of our holiday, and they did not care. Last day at 8pm she offered us a room with water, thinking it is a compensation. Offering someone a room after 5 wasted days with zero hygiene standards - what a gift! I am a woman and you can imagine how uncomfortable I felt for 5 days straight not being able to shower properly, brush my teeth and have normal hygiene standards. Horrible!

Mix up on arrival re entrance. Fact I don’t speak other languages. That didn’t have kettle in room.

the location is exceptional, he gardens beautiful, and the place is so quite. you hardly bump into other guests. the staff is very nice, and the room was very comfortable.

the bathroom in our room was a bit old and could benefit from a renovation, but still it was functional, and very clean.
