Nothing!

The host was terrible! A British host. Didn't answer to the phone from the Booking reservation, couldn't call/communicate with the host. Glad that we arrived more or less to the hour we told that we would arrive. Google Maps took us 4.5 km from the center on a very bad road through some hills, surrounded by trees, in the middle of nowhere! we arrived there and there was a note on the door with my name - no gdpr policy - telling that my keys are in the door at the first floor and that she will come at the hour that we told we would arrive - glad we didn't arrive earlier! left a different number to contact her. We went in the center with the car to have dinner - be careful, no other method is recommended, dark streets in the middle of nowhere...when we came back in the room there wasn't any hot water, we informed the host and she told that she's sorry, that maybe the other guests used our hot water since they have a boiler and that we needed to wait. We waited one more hour and nothing, we had suncream, sand, we couldn't make a normal shower. we told again to the host and she said that maybe the boiler has some electrical problem. While we were decided to look for another hotel, the power went off in all the complex. we had to use our flashlight from the phone to gather all our things and to put them back in the car. we informed the host that we left, that this is not normal , that we don't have the minimum conditions to spend the night, we didn't have hot water, we didn't have electricity...she blamed some big winds even if in the room downstairs (host room for cleaning) there was electricity, and told that she's sorry and that there's nothing she can do. we left, we had to book a more expensive hotel at 23:00 in the night. We asked for a refund, we didn't receive any answer from that moment, until the next day telling us that it was our decision to leave and that she will not give us any money back.

Big parking for cars.

Beds was very unconfortable (room 1), very hard, and you even feel springs on it. Host was friendly but could not offer any solution, like to put thicker blanket or something. The place is 15 min from city by foot. But the road is dark and empty, so not very comfortable to walk at night. There was no instructions to check in, so we needed to search for instructions by our selfs, after few strols around the place we found a note on the door, which is good, but it would be nice if we got any notice by message before arrival. All looks better in pictures than in reality.

Gorgeous garden, lovely owner and close to the town centre and the beach. There was even wine waiting for us upon arrival. We genuinely enjoyed our stay :)
