"Séjour agréable avec vue sur mer et château"

Superbe terrasse et vue sur Peniscola. Peu nombreux à cette période donc résidence calme. Les places de parking sont un plus pour se garer facilement ! L' appartement est propre et bien agencé, les pièces sont de tailles agréables . Présence d une salle de bain et d une salle d eau utiles lorsqu on est nombreux .

Les appartements sont vieillissants, (difficile de fermer correctement les fenêtres et volets). A noter un bruit incessant de remplissage d eau qui se déclenche toutes les 10min même la nuit (chasse d eau ou circuit du chauffeau ?) : malgré l'intervention rapide du technicien à notre signalement, il n'a pas su trouver .

La ubicación donde estábamos excelente, este es la tercera vez que vamos y la verdad nos gusta mucho😁😁

Por decir necesita una reforma en el lavabo,además el parking estaba lleno de excremento de perro,el que lleva animales exigir que lo recogen,seguro que no es culpa vuestra,después todo nos gusto y seguro que repetiremos.

Las vistas

Las fotos no se corresponden para nada con lo que luego te encuentras. Cogimos 2 apartamentos y estaban sin reformar. En el baño había cosas rotas y oxidadas. La manta estaba rota.

La ubicación, las vistas y la cercanía a la playa

Falta un poco más de cuidado a las instalaciones, para una semana de reserva y cuando llegamos estaba todo con olor a cerrado y húmedo

Las vistas de la terraza y el colchón, mobiliario moderno

Coger el coche para todo, aparcamiento lleno de cacas de perro, sofá cama muy incómodo, bañera pequeña, poca presión de agua, no ponen toallas si no las pagas, 1 solo rollo de aseo para tres días y unas pocas escaleras
