Amabilidad, la situacion no es mala y cumplió con lo que buscabamos

Lo peor fue el olor a tabaco de la habitación, insoportable, se lo dijimos y aunque la gente es falta total de civismo, también el hotel debe hacer lo posible porque no huela y por supuesto yo sancionaría a los anteriores inquilinos
