"Prachtig resort met heel mooi thuisrif"

Het is een prachtig resort op een geweldige locatie. Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn goed en worden ook goed schoon gemaakt. Het is hier geweldig om te snorkelen, zelfs bij wind.

De zwembaden ( prachtig) waren heel koud en de animatie 's avonds waren matig. Vanaf 22 uur geen muziek meer, dat terwijl het terras dan nog vol zat.

Bella posizione nella baia Braika, abbastanza viva la barriera corallina con un ingresso comodo. Mare balneabile anche con vento. Il personale molto gentile e discreto. Molto meno educata e gentile la clientela dell’est molto presente nell’hotel: in spiaggia ci hanno portato via un lettino con prepotenza. Il responsabile della spiaggia ci ha riferito che purtroppo succede con frequenza, un peccato. Bella la piscina riscaldata e riparata dal vento, utile in stagione invernale o a inizio primavera. Buona l’animazione di Futura. Ottimo il diving che organizza escursioni anche per chi fa snorkeling. Passano in spiaggia e senza insistenza propongono la loro offerta di uscite.

La ristorazione andrebbe curata maggiormente, soprattutto perché la clientela straniera dei paesi dell’est si serve in maniera non adeguata. Occorre qualche lavoro di manutenzione soprattutto per lettini e ombrelloni della spiaggia. Sono pochi i paravento, sembra un dettaglio di poco conto ma a Marsa Alam è fondamentale che ogni ombrellone abbia il proprio.
