Tropical Sol

We loved the location and the area in Albuferia. Apartments were clean and comfortable. Staff were mostly pleasant & helpful when we asked about the repairs regarding hot water. We were eventually compensated with a complimentary breakfast for the remainder of our stay. We had to put our concerns in email via booking.com .

We had no hot water to shower for the first 24 hours of our stay. Staff were unable to give any indication when the hot water would be available. The water flow in the bathroom sink was just a dribble.

A very spacious and clean apartment ideally located between the Strip and Old Town, with a lovely pool and snack bar.

The décor is dated, the street can be noisy at night, the staff felt a bit unwelcoming and the (quite high) price did not just feel justified.

Me gustó que cuando le comunicamos el problema de la cucaracha y de la suciedad el recepcionista nos trató super bien nos cambió de habitación y se aseguró personalmente que estuviera todo super limpio

No me gustó que me entregaran la habitación super sucia con un montón de huevos de cucaracha y una cucaracha super grande aún viva boca arriba y todo super sucio se veía que me avían entregado la habitación sin revisarla antes sin saber en las condiciones que se la entregaban al cliente lamentable y los colchones super deteriorados
