Ubytovanie v tesnej blízkosti centra mesta, možnosť parkovania v garáži

Ubytovanie je vo veľmi rušnej ulici a byt nie je dostatočne odhlučnený od ulice. Takisto v rámci bytového domu je veľmi slabé odhlučnenie, počuli sme ako si v susednom apartmáne niekto umýva riad. Zariadenie je staré a opotrebované, niektoré šuplíky na linke nejdú ani otvoriť, veľmi slabé vybavenie kuchyne, špinavé stoličky, vyšúchaná podlaha. Klimatizácia iba v spálni. Garáž je veľmi stiesnená, neodporúčam si požičiavať väčšie auto.

Die Lage ist optimal… man ist überall schnell und einfach (ob mit Auto oder zu Fuß). Das Personal was sehr nett. Die Zimmer waren sauber, geräumig und Ausstattung gut.

Abends/Nachts war es auf der Staße oft sehr laut.

I've been there for six nights, and the location is ideal—it's close to the restaurant and stores, and it's simple to get local transportation. The workers kept the unit spotless every day. When I was alone and didn't know much about the area, Mr. Miguel Pita explained everything. He is the most sincere guy on the planet. I really appreciate it. Strongly suggested.

Prima appartement. Locatie is top, is maar klein stukje lopen naar het centrum en er is een heel mooi park schuin tegenover. Personeel/eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Appartement is verouderd, veel achterstallig onderhoud. Meeste vond ik niet storend, de prijs is er ook naar, maar er zit veel schimmel aan de kitrand van het bad in de badkamer, dat zou wel een keertje aangepakt moeten worden. Schoonmaak zou ook wel iets beter kunnen.
