Hotel Kathrin Beach

We stayed here some time ago, so it was an obvious choice this year as well. Throughout the hotel it is evident that someone has thought about every detail. It's elegant, efficient and comfortable. We would love to return here next time. Breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant were excellent.

All was perfect - location near the sea and not far from Rethymno city. Nice renovated room, view from the balcony etc. But best of all was Cretan kitchen. Supper in hotel restaurant was rich (a large number of traditional local dishes). Where else could you have tried them all :) And it was all included in the price We were in this hotel for the second time and if fate allows, we will definitely come again...

There was no such thing

Very warm welcome by reception staff, lovely young lady wish I had got her name to mention her personally, a credit to the hotel as was the young lady in the restaurant at breakfast, very clean and extremely comfortable, quality food at breakfast ( can't comment on evening meal as went b&b) everywhere immaculate. Will definitely be looking to book again but for longer this time.

There was absolutely nothing to complain about

poor wifi in room. Also in room should be glasses - we had to buy plastic cups for possibility to drink something in the room.

The hotel is great! Rooms clean, neat, very well equipped and lit, bathrooms are modern. Meals very good and fresh, there is a large choice of breakfast and dinner. But something I will definitely remember is the friendly staff who will help you with any problem. Need to rent a car to the airport? Of course, they will ask everything to a nearby rental company and you get a ready answer. Want to eat a Gecko delicacy? No problem! The lady at the front desk will point you to the 3 best restaurants in the area! Need to eat breakfast faster because you're going on an organized tour early in the morning? What's the problem? We will arrange it 🙂 We had a lot of questions and each was taken seriously, with a smile on our face. I am delighted with the Katherin Hotel and I love Cretan!
