The location was great, right in-between the old town and the new town. We walked a few times but got taxis also as they were well priced. Pool was great and loads of loungers available. The majority of staff were lovely and helpful.

I had contacted the hotel about early check in which I was told would be subject to availability on arrival which was no problem. When we arrived we were told we could leave our stuff and go to the pool. We decided to go check out what was nearby and when we came back to change and go to the pool at around 12:30 we just enquired on the off chance if the room was ready to which one of the older male staff laughed at me and said no it’s not ready. A simple no it isn’t ready yet would have sufficed but I felt very embarrassed and uncomfortable with the interaction. All of the other staff was so lovely and couldn’t have been more helpful.
