Location and staff

I should have understood more clearly about the room not having any view nor being able to open the curtains due to no privacy. I had cabin fever by the end of my stay as I felt trapped in a box.

The location was perfect and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious!

I've stayed at the hotel before and I didn't hesitate to return. What I particularly like is the location, with the breakfast room/restaurant next to the lake, and the opportunity to eat outside when the weather is good (it was). I think the breakfast options are exceptional. Guests are given a cash allowance, to which you can add, of course. The food is individually prepared and this makes it of higher quality (in my experience) than the normal buffet. The staff were helpful and friendly, and provided the essential adaptor to allow my UK phone to charge in Swiss sockets.

Excellent hotel with a great location and a very friendly, professional staff. The team was always helpful and made the stay comfortable from check-in to check-out. The breakfast selection was fairly standard, but it was fresh, well-prepared, and offered enough variety to start the day pleasantly. The rooms, facilities, and overall cleanliness met expectations, and everything was well maintained. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would gladly stay here again and recommend this hotel to other travelers.
