4 star hotel with not a 4 star room, tiny shower you couldn’t move in without hitting the hot cold lever. No headboard on the bed, how can a 4 star hotel have no headboard with the bed. Fridge in room also didn’t work. Disappointing

Room was clean

Definitely not a 4 star standard. Breakfast was very low quality, lifts very slow and long wait. Two were out of order. Definitely not value for money.

The location is convenient to move around with bus. The facilities are cleanly maintained and pools are large and spacious.

Breakfast was quite basic compared to the price tag and no complimentary beach towel as well as no complimentary water. Basement supermarket provides limited selection and rather overpriced. High street is accessible but it took 10mins+ by foot and have to pass serious hills
