Ночевали 1 ночь. И съехали. Сами местные, дома меняли сантехнику и нужно было переночевать недалеко от дома. Выбрали ближайший отель. Сам отель не плох. Все чисто. На этом достоинства закончились.

Еда, как отдельный филиал Ада! Если вы любите кушать вкусно и полезно, получая удовольствия от еды, вам явно не сюда. Все заточено на корм скота в больших количествах. Все жирное до невозможности. Качество еды отвратительное. Салат вялый, томаты какие-то вчерашние с кислинкой подгулявшие…завтраки клепают на объем, а не на качество. Оладушки внутри сырые! Три из трех! Дальше экспериментировать не стали. Яйца жаренные в масле горелом, по этому белок не белый! Омлет/скрэмбл соли не видел от слова совсем! То он сухой, как прошлогодний, то с него стекают яйца в тарелку обратно, просто умоляя «не ешь меня, отравишься!» после ужина, когда нас всех потравили, и мы делили унитаз на троих, на завтрак были съедены только тосты. Чтоб не рисковать. От чая отказались, пах хлоркой или общественным туалетом, разбираться не стали. Это все удовольствие нам обошлось в 306 евро ночь. Это была самая ужасная поездка в отель в моей жизни! Рекомендации по улучшению работы службы F&B Как специалист ресторанного бизнеса с многолетним опытом управления ресторанами и гостиничным питанием, позволю себе оставить несколько профессиональных рекомендаций. 1. Пересмотреть систему контроля качества кухни (Quality Control). В ходе проживания были выявлены признаки отсутствия стабильного контроля качества готовой продукции: * сырые внутри оладьи; * пережаренные яйца с выраженным запахом горелого масла; * нестабильное приготовление омлета (то пересушен, то чрезмерно жидкий); * отсутствие базового баланса вкуса (недостаток соли и приправ). Это говорит о том, что на кухне отсутствуют единые технологические стандарты либо они не контролируются шеф-поваром. 2. Усилить контроль безопасности пищевой продукции (HACCP). На шведской линии присутствовали признаки использования продуктов с истекающим сроком реализации: * вялые листья салата; * томаты с признаками начала брожения (кислинка); * блюда, длительное время находящиеся на линии раздачи.
