Sicuramente il personale molto disponibile e accogliente e sempre pronto, ove possibile, ad accogliere le nostre richieste. Camere bella anche se un po' datata nell'arredo, bagno decisamente bellissimo (probabilmente appena rifatto). Posizione ottima per raggiungere Cala La Finestrat e buona per raggiungere la Playa Poniente (circa 10-15 minuti a piedi). Per la Playa Levante meglio prendere i mezzi o la macchina. Ottimo il servizio bar che serve cocktail anche ad un prezzo competitivo.

Il ristorante é a buffet (punto a favore) ma non sempre le scelte sono qualitativamente alte. Peccato perché hanno anche una discreta varietà di pietanze (anche per colazione con dolce e salato). Punto a sfavore l'acqua da pagare a parte ai pasti (pranzo e cena) ma qui ammettiamo magari di non aver letto bene le specifiche dell'offerta noi: forse per nostra abitudine con precedenti esperienza ci aspettavamo almeno l'acqua inclusa. Animazione serale dell'albergo solo in spagnolo, carina ma non trascendentale anche se abbiamo visto molto apprezzata dai turisti locali presenti.

Accogliente, pulito e ben curata. Ho visto fare manutenzione alla struttura durante tutta la settimana, cura del verde e pulizia dei vetri esterni davvero si vede che hanno cura della struttura Si mangia benissimo
