Great location! Easy access. Perfect swimming pool facilities. Prices of the Kai bar were reasonable. Staff was extremely friendly

Areas like elevator, room corridors and windows were dirty. The room was okay but I believe liquid shampoos should be added. More parasols around the swimming pool must be added. The food was not the best as it was either too cold or few days old.

Beautiful private pool room! clean pool with very nice view and the room was really big. Only the food was a bit disappointing. Overall great location!

Close to the beach, close to the strip so we could tear it up and sink booze.

Room stunk, drains were blocked and air con was dodgy. We booked at the same time as our mates and they got the best room in the kai block with a huge balcony one of the biggest in the whole hotel and 4 of us paid for 2 rooms in the other block that stunk. The difference in rooms for the money paid was frankly ridiculous. Our room was only attempted to be cleaned once across 4 nights and they didn’t clean cos we were in the room at the time so we had to keep asking for toilet roll and fresh towels at the desk which boss was reluctant to give despite us cooking. The tv didn’t have YouTube which resisted us putting sprinter by Dave on at max volume after cooking on the strip in castle club.
