No pudimos estar en el área de la piscina ya que aún no estaba funcionando.

On arrival all ok . except t.v did not work will remote.we explained on return lard at night still not t.v. the next morning explained still not working reception gave me a new remote tried it didn't work back to reception.later still no t.v not toilet paper.next pay still no t.v nor toilet paper no cleaning in the room at all complained .got back late that night still no t.v beds made still no toilet paper didn't change towels .I'm not sure what we paid for will never return.waste of money and nobody in the hotel cared no I'm sorry nothing when we checked out by then didn't care any more i.e also nobody spoke English expect the guy behind the bar late at night .I do speak some Spanish .I really feel for the English staying there that speak not Spanish there experience must have been a lot worse than ours .we will never return

No tenía piscina n acceso a playa, no informado Aire acondicionado deficiente Televisión pequeña Instalaciones antiguas No tiene parking ni convenio con parkings cercanos No habia jabon ji Champu en baño La.terraza solo puede usarse a partir 5 pm Me olvido algo seguro
