Hotel Voramar

Ideal location of the hotel near the beach. There is sound insulation, when the windows and doors to the balcony are closed, the room is quiet. Good breakfast, food choices change every morning.It was my friend's birthday, in the evening we found a bottle of wine, two glasses and a greeting card from the hotel in the room. It was very nice.The district in which the hotel is located is oriented towards Germans, everything is mainly in German or Spanish. Almost no one speaks English.

Please wash the floor in the morning when cleaning. Since sand often remains on your shoes when you come from the beach, after cleaning, the sand remains on the floor near the front door. Almost no one speaks English in the hotel.The coffee for breakfast is not very tasty.

The view was the best thing there

The service at the hotel bar was so bad you may order a drink to the room three times with no response, maybe they don't understand English or german

Close to the beach , staff is very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely stay again

I liked everything

No fan in the bathroom. Toilet paper lowest quality.

The bathroom was very filthy when we arrived (the toilet that said to be sterilized had feces in it and all over it). We were moved to another, much smaller, room which was still very dirty having human hair all over the place (on the floor, in bed, on the walls). The first night the clima didn't work, so we had to open the window. It was very hot and we were eaten by mosquitos. The hotel staff wasn't very empathetic for our problem. We wanted to leave the hotel and requested the refund for the remaining three nights, but they said they would refund us only half price, so we decided to stay in order not to loose money. They ''fixed'' the clima but I think the thermostat was broken, because it was freezing or not working at all, these were the only two options. It was also so loud and blowing directly into heads that it was impossible to sleep in the room. The room remained dirty for all our stay, the toilet was leaking all the time and you couldn't close the bathroom door, since it didn't fit to the wall. The hotel staff even lied to booking that they have addressed our complaints with a complimentary upgrade of the room??!! I don't know nothing about that, since we were in the same room for all four nights. A really bad experience for us! Especially since we paid 170 eur per night, which is not that symbolic. There is no parking available, so you spend at least half hour every time to find a car park. Breakfast could be better.

The location of this hotel was excellent as it was right opposite the beach. Our rooms were cleaned every day and we were supplied with fresh towels. Especially liked the fact that we could hire umbrella, beach towels and air beds for a small fee.

The hotel is dated and there were only two sockets in our room. You had to pay extra if you wanted to use the fridge or the safe. This hotel does not have its own pool but you can use the pool in a hotel about four blocks away ( Don Juan) with no problem at all.
