Location, price, friendly staff, good breakfast choices.

My room on the 4th floor felt like it was underneath and the 5th floor spa's bubble bath or something. The pipe banging, clanging and water noises started up quite early in the day. It woke me up both nights.

Strandnah, mit dem richtigen Zimmer ein schöner Blick aufs Meer.

Das Zimmer war bei Ankunft nicht sauber und ich musste bis zum nächsten Tag warten, bis es nochmal gereinigt wurde. Ein anderes Zimmer stand nicht zur Verfügung. Das Interieur ist teilweise sehr veraltet, auch im Bad - Armaturen, sehr lockere Handtuchhalter, verrostete Mülleimer im Bad. An einem Tag war Schimmel auf den Frühstückstomaten ( offensichtlich nicht von den Vortagen entsorgt. Es lief an einem anderen Morgen eine Kakerlake beim Müslibuffet über die Anrichte. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig!!! Es ist in der Umgebung abends oft laut Auf den Balkonen hat man keine Privatsphäre zum Nachbarzimmer.
