"Basic, maar prima waar voor je geld."

Locatie was top, 10 minuten lopen van alles. Strand, oldtown, barretjes, restaurants. Angela van de receptie was top! Erg vriendelijk en gastvrij. Parkeren prima achter een gesloten hek, 3 euro per dag. Het grote balkon was ook erg fijn.

Net iets te klein appartement. Bedden waren iets te hard. Echter werden er wel top lagen aangeboden, nadat we daar iets van hadden gezegd. 1x in de 7 dagen wordt het beddengoed vervangen, echter toen wij savonds om 22.00 terug kwamen in het appartement, na 7 dagen, was het beddengoed afgehaald maar niet opnieuw opgemaakt! Dat was erg vervelend om dat savonds laat nog zelf te moeten doen.

This apartment was very close to shops, restaurants, and bars, 7 minute walk to the beach where all the pubs and entertainment is. A short walk to the old town where there is a great atmosphere. Nice and quiet at night. Great help from staff regarding booking taxis just a message away, prompt reply. Very safe gated complex. Pool was lovely and lots of sunbeds. Great value for money, I would have no problem reccomending this property.

We had an issue with hot water, but it was fixed when I contacted management. .

"Ubicación perfecta, instalaciones buenas, apartamento mejorable…."

Está situado en una zona tranquila a la par que cercana a la playa y a zonas emblemáticas de Benidorm, la piscina está limpia y la zona adyacente perfecta para tomar el sol y descansar. El apartamento es amplio y dispone de todo lo necesario para hacer vida en el, el aparcamiento privado es un punto a favor muy grande.

La limpieza del apartamento deja algo que desear….. la cocina llena de grasa , los suelos con marcas, el menaje con óxido, las lámparas llenas de polvo acumulado de meses ….. nos tuvimos que poner a limpiar nosotros. Las almohadas son papel de fumar y los colchones ya necesitan una renovación.
