In Murren, fantastic view

The toilet ceiling is too low, which is very inconvenient.

Das Hotelpersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Die Lage gegenüber der Skischule ist herrlich und die Gondel ist ca 20 m entfernt. Zum Skifahren tip top.

Man muss sich im Klaren sein, dass dieses Hotel in die Jahre gekommen ist, aber dafür ist es auch günstig.

ΟΤΑΝ ΖΗΤΗΣΑ ΜΙΑ ΕΞΥΠΗΡΕΤΗΣΗ ΑΠΟ ΤΗ ΡΕΣΕΨΙΟΝ ΩΣΤΕ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΩ CHECK OUT ΜΙΣΗ ΩΡΑ ΜΕΤΑ ΕΙΠΑΝ ΟΧΙ ΚΑΙ ΜΕ ΣΤΕΝΑΧΩΡΗΣΑΝ ΠΟΛΥ. ΔΕΝ ΗΤΑΝ ΤΟΣΟ ΔΥΣΚΟΛΟ Η ΜΙΣΗ ΩΡΑ ΠΟΥ ΖΗΤΗΣΑ. ΕΠΕΙΔΗ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΠΑΛΙΟ, ΜΥΡΙΖΕ ΑΣΧΗΜΑ ΤΟ ΞΕΝΟΔΟΧΕΙΟ. ΥΠΑΡΧΕΙ ΔΥΣΛΕΙΤΟΥΡΓΙΑ ΣΤΟ ΦΩΣ ΤΟΥ ΜΠΑΝΙΟ ΚΑΙ ΑΚΟΜΑ ΚΑΙ ΠΟΥ ΤΟ ΕΦΤΙΑΞΑΝ ΑΜΕΣΩΣ ΟΤΑΝ ΤΟ ΕΠΕΣΗΜΑΝΑ, ΔΥΣΤΥΧΩΣ ΠΑΛΙ ΧΑΛΑΣΕ ΑΜΕΣΩΣ. ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΑΛΛΑΞΟΥΝ ΤΟ ΔΙΑΚΟΠΤΗ. ΤΟ ΜΠΑΝΙΟ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΑ ΜΙΚΡΟ ΚΑΙ ΠΡΕΠΕΙ ΝΑ ΣΚΥΨΕΙΣ ΓΙΑ ΝΑ ΜΠΕΙΣ. ΕΜΕΝΑ ΔΕ ΜΕ ΕΝΧΟΛΗΣΕ ΩΣΤΟΣΟ ΑΥΤΟ, ΚΑΘΩΣ ΗΜΟΥΝ ΜΟΝΗ ΣΤΟ ΔΩΜΑΤΙΟ.

Restaurant staff and housekeeping were attentive and friendly. Room was comfortable.

Property is older and "tired". We did not have a view. We found out later that there were newer properties, with views that cost less than what we paid. We were disappointed about that.

The room was small but functional. This is to be expected in this location. There is a large library on the ground floor that is perfectly comfortable to laze in. Reasonable Internet (both Wifi and 5g). Elevator functions well. Reasonably easy to get to all parts of Mürren.

The restaurant was fine for breakfast, but the menu for dinner wasn't quite to my taste. The mixed salad was a bit excessive in size. The wine menu could stand a slight upgrade. The hotel is uphill- if one has difficulty walking, one should call the hotel before booking.

Close to the station. The staff was always cheerful and greeted us every morning. Our room was roomy and comfortable. We had a variety of things to choose from. The bread was always fresh and very tasty.

The price but I guess that is not their fault. Everything is expensive in Switzerland.
