Could be better choice of food on the bar menu

The spa facilities where lovely and relaxing, staff lovely to,rooms lovely and cosy

Not much choice on the food menu for dinner, we end up canceling and dinning out

#1 Staff, incredibly nice, helpful and normal! #2 Thermal Suites, just gorgeous #3 Food and cocktails were delicious #4 Great value for money

The heat in the bathroom was super intense even after us turning off the rads, the waft of hot air near gave me an afro 😂

Breakfast

Food at dinner. No access to pool for children was a big let down.

Nice Breakfast, apartment was great for a family, even tho a little TLC is required, (presses hanging off some doors, no shower gel in bathrooms, very hard beds. But overall if you can get over that perfect if you have little ones, like we did.

cant just go into the hotel bar for drinks, as you need to pre-book, which is crazy for a hotel bar. they really need a seperate bar for people that dont want to book for food. Sat night the 4 of us went over at 9.30 and told sorry you need to pre-book, so we just had to go back to the apartment. loads of people getting drinks from the bar and sitting in the lobby, or going back to their rooms. So really dont expect a hotel bar if thats what you are after.
