La ubicación y que tuviera parking. La cama era muy cómoda.

El proceso automático de check in, que se colgaba continuamente y nos obligó a llamar directamente a soporte.

La bañera se sale el agua por la cutremampara, entiendo que el check-in pueda ser online pero con la cámara web me pareció cutre. La entrada es a las 15:00 por lo que, si haces el Camino, es un poco tarde

La bañera era poco accesible y muy peligrosa ya que resbalaba y el acceso era complicado y tienes que tener muchísimo cuidado cuando entras y sales.

Location was excellent - near the Camino and beside a lovely beach perfect for a swim after a day of walking. Restaurant on site.

Check in was on a screen which we didn’t like. Too corporate and frosty. Our room was tired and in need of some TLC. The shower was neither a wet room nor shower cubicle so the space was flooded after a shower. The staff at the restaurant were less than helpful, expensive and pretentious.

Absolutely stunning location overlooking a beach, just a stones throw from the camino

The check in is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. It’s via a machine with a video link. The sound is distorted, there are no instructions and even the native Spanish speakers couldn’t work it out. If the cleaning maid wasn’t there then no one would have got checked in at all. Nobody at the reception desk ever- so if you were having youre bags transported they are just left in an open lobby where any passer-by could rifle thru them. I’d hv preferred a totally automated check in to that video link with someone who never answers! It was only because the maid kept trying for us anyone got thru- 4 separate parties of people and we all thought it was broken. Awful
