L'emplacement.

L'absence totale de personnel. L'enregistrement sur cette borne est très désagréable car complètement déshumanisé. De plus, le son est médiocre et lorsqu'on est étranger il faut faire encore plus d'efforts pour comprendre ce que l'on nous dit. À vouloir remplacer l'humain par des machines et gagner encore plus d'argent vous n'êtes plus dans l'accueil, ce qui est le principe d'un hôtel. Quel triste avenir !!!
