Serviço no check-in (a empregada não me ajudou a transportar bagagem, estando eu de canadiana e com uma perna fraturada)

The palace is really beautiful and we enjoyed so much staying surrounded by history. Walking in the gardens and in the park has been peaceful and relaxing. Very good dinner and breakfast

The staff and the service do not seem at the expected level for a so luxurious hotel: the check in has been very low as the staff at the reception was not able to find promptly our reservation (despite it was done months in advance and confirmed also by themselves in the check in date with a welcome inbox message), sometimes was not easy to communicate in English with the bar staff. The swimming pool is a great plus but it wasn’t really clean unfortunately, and the pool bar is closed, and no bar service at the pool is provided (you have to go to the main bar to order and bring drinks by yourself with the result that they could heat during the walking back to the pool, unless you don’t ask for an ice bucket which is not very comfortable to take).

La cama super cómoda, el entorno, la piscina y el desayuno. Estás andando al centro por sus jardines a 10-12 min a lo sumo andando al centro. Se puede repetir.

El cambio de temperatura del agua de la ducha mientras te duchas. La tapa de la taza del WC es de plástico poniendo una "que se adapta"pero sin ser su modelo. No hay un silencio absoluto por las noches no sé si será por cumple de la ventilación forzada...o de qué. No impide el buen descanso . Y para ser un hotel de ese caché no queda bien tener en el desayuno para la fruta vasos del Ikea..!! Es como ir de Armani y llevar los calcetines del Primark!! En la piscina faltan algo de sombra. Aunque tengan sombrillas falta algo más de sombra..
