"Hidden gem"

The staff were smiling all the time from the checkin which was smooth until the checkout. Mr. Mahmoud Elsayed and Mrs. Shereen were super helpful anytime we needed them. The hotel was spotless, I noticed the appointed staff were cleaning all the time. The food was exceptional, I liked the open buffet over the outdoor grill not for the quantity but for the quality and variety of the food served. I stayed for 3 nights the buffet had vast variety of food during my stay, you'll never get bored. As for the activities, every member of your family of our family was delighted during our stay. It was a hidden gem for us, we had had a last minute booking cancellation and we found the hotel and were really lucky. The pool activities, the beach ... I can talk for days about our lovely stay and I am lookimg forward to our next holiday in hurghada. Special thanks to Mr. Kamel Ragab from housekeeping/room service, he looked over our rooms during our stay with his lovely smile and his friendly attitude.

Nothing really except as I mentioned the reaervation of grill dinner by the pool restaurant was a let down and we had to go to the buffet to complete our dinner

Everything was super. Staff was helpful and friendly. The place is kids friendly. We enjoyed our stay. That we extended one more day. Keep it up.
