Apartament bardzo ładny, przestronny. Obsługa pomocna i w miarę szybko odpowiadali. Absolutnie na plus lokalizacja budynku - blisko do plaży, głównego deptaka w mieście, niedaleko Aldi. Nie ma przypisanych miejsc parkingowych ale raczej nie było problemu ze znalezieniem czegoś w okolicy, czasem musiałyśmy dłużej poszukać ale w granicach rozsądku.

Na ogromny minus brak zapasu środków czystości czy regularnego ich uzupełniania, co przy dłuższym pobycie jest uciążliwe. Po jednym worku na śmieci na dwa kosze - później trzeba już samemu sobie radzić, podobnie z papierem toaletowym. Do mycia naczyń do dyspozycji była tylko jedna, mocno zużyta gąbka, brak czystej ścierki czy ręcznika papierowego nawet do przetarcia stołu
