La ubicación es excelente para conocer Madrid, se puede llegar a muchos puntos de interés caminando o tener fácil acceso al transporte, mucho comercio cerca, muchos restaurantes

El personal poco amigable o dispuesto o resolver dudas, las luces de la habitación no se apagaban por completo, quedaba una luz muy tenue pero un poco incómoda

El desayuno delicioso, personal amable y atento, la ubicación excelente, a pasos de las avenidas principales, cercanía del metro. Si vuelvo a Madrid me alejaré en el mismo hotel.

El aire acondicionado podría mejorar, era un poco ruidoso
