Lo único que rescatamos fue la ubicación y el desayuno

La habitación no coincidía con la que reservamos y no nos la quisieron cambiar al llegar. Luego al día siguiente nos cambiaron a otra pero tampoco era la reservada. Muy mala atención.

El personal, la ubicación y el desayuno. La piscina estaba muy bien.

El aire no funcionaba. Avisamos y nadie nos dió ninguna respuesta. Hacia muchísima calor. Manchas de sangre en las paredes del baño (no pasaron balleta)
