Staff very professional. Excellent dinner with accompaniments served by well trained friendly staff.

Only slight disappointment was that the curtains did not stop lots of light coming in to the room.

Greeted with a warm welcome on arrival . Food was outstanding lovely evening meal and excellent service, even the owner stopped several times for a chat and to see everything was ok. Breakfast again was excellent and again great service, rooms very comfortable and spacious, would definitely stay again if in the area .

Only a slight thing , we had 3 guests staying in the room and only 2 bottles of water , a bottle each would have been lovely . A hand rail on the wall would have been great to step out of the bath as it was a bit slippery, ok for young people but when a bit older it’s not as easy , just something to think about .

Such a lovely hotel with fabulous staff and great value, situated on the edge of Bunratty. The servicing of the room was just excellent - so clean and tidy and well stocked room. Of special note is the exceptional restaurant - superb food which was so well presented and very tasty - we all had a brilliant evening meal there

Nothing - it was a lovely hotel and I would not hesitate to recommend it.
