The location is perfect, very closed to old town, park and beach. Room is bright with amazing view. Breakfast and dinner were very good. Hotel's staff is very helpful and friendly, special thanks for receptionist.

The staff were all lovely especially Tricia at reception and the bar staff. It was easy to book things to do via reception. Location was excellent. Pool was lovely and easy enough to get a sunbed at all times of the day. Breakfast was nice.

The restaurant dinner felt underwhelming - although fortunately we only ate there once. An extra pillow and towel per person would have been nice. I would have liked the ability to rent a fan in addition to the air con.

Hotel je starší, ale veľmi čistý a udržiavaný. Raňajky boli výborné - veľký výber aj priestranna jedáleň.

Všetko bolo v poriadku.

L’hotel di per sé è un bell’hotel, abbastanza moderno, con piscina e sdraio ed ombrelloni compresi! Ha il bar con un ottimo tinto de verano! Tutto lo staff (compresi camerieri, barman e receptionists!) sono davvero eccezionali! È situato al lato del parco centrale di Benidorm e gode di una bella vista su di esso! Il cibo è sempre stato molto buono e vario!! Noi italiani abbiamo il brutto difetto di lamentarci sempre sul cibo all’estero! Qui ho trovato piatti interessanti e cucinati bene!

Migliorerei sicuramente il bagno della mia stanza (non aveva nè finestra nè aspiratore! Abbiamo avuto un problema col tombino stradale che la prima notte non ci ha fatto dormire perché era rotto ed ad ogni passaggio di auto faceva un casino infernale! La reception il giorno dopo si è subito prodigata per farlo sistemare!!
