Ein sehr gutes All inklusive Hotel mit sehr gutem Essen und Getränke Angebot. Das Personal so wie das Management ist sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt am Hotel gegen Gebühr buchbar .Der Strand ist einige Meter vom Hotel gut zu Fuß erreichbar.

The staff on the bar was very polite.

However, the food in the restaurant was very poorly prepared. We have stayed here before, and on that occasion the quality of the food was noticeably better, so this was a big disappointment. On one of the days, they served questionable kyufte with a strange odor, which made it impossible to eat. Just looking at it was enough to take away your appetite. Other dishes we tried were also far below the expected standard, either overcooked or lacking in flavor. It gave the impression that little care or effort was put into the preparation. Unfortunately, after eating at the restaurant, all of us experienced diarrhea and severe stomach pain, which further confirmed that the food was not safe or properly handled. In addition to the disappointing food, the condition of the facilities was also not up to standard. There was mold in the bathroom, which is both unpleasant and unhealthy. The cleaning could have been more thorough, and overall maintenance seems to have been neglected compared to our previous visits. The towels were not changed throughout our entire stay, and the trash bins were never emptied. The housekeeper also did not ask if we needed anything, which left us feeling neglected and uncomfortable. We also experienced issues with the cleaning staff. On one occasion, the housekeeper on the second floor said she could not be bothered with us when she came between two and four in the afternoon, even though my family was resting at that time. I had a similar situation where she started banging on the door while I was lying down, despite the fact that I suffer from arrhythmia. Such behavior felt very inconsiderate and unprofessional, adding unnecessary stress to our stay. Overall, these issues left us with a negative impression, even though the hotel has the potential to provide a much better experience if more attention were given to food quality, hygiene, and respectful service.

Tetszett, hogy közel volt a part és bent voltunk a város szívében részemről. A személyzet tette a dolgát, nem voltak tolakodóak és nem jártak a nyakunkba, de ha volt valami problémánk segítettek. Kivéve egy személyt!

Amikor oda értünk 15órás kocsikázás után, sajnos, aki fogadott egy úriember közölte, hogy tele a parkoló és nem állhatunk be. Van messzebb egy parkoló, azt kellett igénybe vennünk, amiért ugyan úgy fizettünk, pedig lényegében véve egy utcai parkoló volt. Másnap volt hely 2-3 is, megkérdeztük, hogy átállhatunk e, de nem engedte, pedig minden nap megkérdeztük!!!! Ez számomra felháborító, hogy volt olyan vendég, akit már a parkolóba fogadott, minket meg semmibe vett.

Celkom blízko k moru. Izby čisté. Obsluha pri bazéne super.

Jedlo absolútne zle. Na druhý deň, sa dostavili veľké žalúdočné problémy (hnačky a zvracanie) ktoré sa prejavili postupne u všetkých členov rodiny. Po piatich dňoch sme už odmietali sa stravovať v jedálni a kupovali sme si jedlo inde. Viacerí ľudia čo sme postrehli tak sa boli sťažovať v jedálni ale arogantní personál kuchyne nič neriesil. Bazén neskutočne studený.
