Excelente location, friendly staff nice accommodation and this room has electric power near the bed…. ( my first room didn’t )

We had a weird shaped room with the shower in the middle of the room facing the entrance door.

Friendly staff , wonderful position, great room.

This room ( standard but very nice ) had 2 electric plugs and they were on the other side of the room to the bed . One at the entrance, the other by the window….useless, and it’s 2026

Posizione ottima

Hall decadente, ascensori decisamente brutti. Il secondo giorno la stanza non è stata rifatta e quel che è peggio, non abbiamo ricevuto alcuna scusa dopo la nostra lamentela. La stanza aveva un isolamento acustico insufficiente (si sentivano i rumori del bagno vicino, bambini piangere etc...). Infine ci avevano assicurato che avremmo potuto usufruire di un late checkout, ma al momento di andare ci hanno detto che l'impiegato aveva sbagliato e che c'era da pagare una tariffa addizionale. Non mi lamento certo della somma, ma della mancanza di cortesia dell'hotel che in un caso come questo avrebbe dovuto rinunciare all'extra.

The location, room, and staff were all great! Luis and Carlos (lobby servers) were especially nice and accommodating!

I ordered a couple of eggs and a latte from room service. The lady who brought the tray was super nice! The eggs were a bit on the cold side once they got to me, though, to be honest. Plus, just those items were something like 16-18 euros. Pricy in my opinion, but perhaps those prices are typical for room service. Not a huge deal, but the shower door leaked a decent amount out onto the floor, so we just used a towel to clean it up and then hung it to dry to use the next time. The little "do not disturb" door hanger sign was a little tricky to get to stay on the side of NOT coming in to clean or anything. No one's fault, really. We just hated that housekeeping took time to change sheets and towels, and whatnot, more than we needed, is all. =)

Fantastic location in the main square , so easy access to the old town and main square within just a few minutes. Spacious apartment and great facilities

Everything great ! It would have been nice to have a good view but nevertheless a great place !
