"Trato impersonal no a la altura de Meliá de lujo. No disponibilidad de buffet"

La ubicación, limpieza y decoración

-El trato a la llegada, impersonal; nos informaron que no habria sitio para desayunar en el bufet y que llamásemos a las 7am generando ya malestar y sensación de no descanso (no lo habíamos cogido con antelación porque yo llegaba de una operación y no sabía cómo estaría); elegimos Meliá frente a otros por la Marca, ubicación y desayuno; comentar que yo salía de una operación quirúrgica bastante débil y no mostraron una atención especial. -La habitación era interior -A la mañana siguiente abrieron la habitación 3 veces sobre las 9-10am desde el personal de limpieza mientras yo descansaba cuando no debían de hacerlo ya que dejábamos la habitación a las 12.00
