Like the location liked the bar and snacks staff were lovely and friendly

Didn't like the location of the room right above bar area can be a bit noisy at night but just a small inconvenience

We stayed in the sister hotel primavera Loix, which was lovely and we were greatful they accommodated 23 of us for a hen do.

They charged each room a €200 deposit, one of the rooms had an already damaged part of the sink it was clearly stuck back on already and then charged the room the €200 even though it was already broken, I imagine the hotel are charging every person that goes into that room with the damages! We have tried to fight back on this as it was clearly already damaged before we got there but they have been unhelpful and refuse to pay back the deposit so unfortunately a bad review!

Stayed before and now it’s had a refurb it’s better than ever

Clean, location is good for the new town,

No toiletries at all, mop in bathroom that stank, cheap place to stay but could do a little extra, also £200 deposit was steep for 1 nights stay

The location is amazing and the staff were excellent

The apartment was fine location, food, staff, etc.

The wifi was intermitant and most the time while in the room was'nt available.
