"Unforgettable experience"

I was staying in a hotel with group, visiting Tuscany. Hotel has a very good location. In my opinion, rooms are well cleaned , towels changed every day. You will not find shower gels or shampoo in a bathroom , only soap. There is a hair dryer as well. Bathroom is pretty small but I do not see any reason to complain about that. Room was nice, we had a large balcony, with good view. Now about what is not so good. At the moment we arrived , lady at reception immediately informed us that - it is not allowed to sit in a hotel garden if you are not ordering anything - you have to pay EUR 10 deposit for a remote control, after you check out they will return deposit back - if you would like to have internet connection you have to pay (for 2 hours price is 2 EUR, for 5 hours price is 3 EUR and so on..) This did not feel like a warm welcoming at all J But the worst of all was a breakfast, so poor and embarrassment for any 4 star hotel. There was one sort of ham and one sort of cheese , bread that was so stiffed like it was at least 3 days old , I could not eat it. They put reservation tag on our table for our group to know where to sit and they left us plate with fresh croissants at the table. If it was not enough , you don’t get more. Breakfast was a real shock for me. Ok, Hotel can say your agency paid only for such poor breakfast, but did the agency paid for empty plates and stiffed old bread?? We always have to ask them to fulfill plates , waiting next to empty tables, for them to bring food. Waiting and waiting…and the best of all – in the same restaurant, few meters away I saw that they are serving warm breakfast- like eggs ( that are so expensive ) and I went in that direction ..suddenly, one of waiters pull curtain in front of me, enabling me to get to there and there was a note at that curtain “PRIVATE” J J So, I left empty handed… I think I said enough for travelers to decide. Just one more observation I have. At first I was also shocked reading answers made by Hotel to a customer reviews. Don’t be lazy to read it. Never saw such impoliteness and unprofessionalism, but when you think about it , it completes all picture about hotel and staff , and saying about hotel more than any passenger review ever did.

"tuscan delight/ total disaster"

can only talk about the restuarant had a meal there on 8thof sept it was revolting ordered tuscan steak was told by our waiter it was a speciality it was steak cut up in little pieces/some pieces luke warm some rock hard /some raw it was the residue of someone elses dinner disgusting never again the waiter was very unpleasant/very un helpful avoid at all costs.TUSCAN DISASTER

"Great place,crowded breakfasts."

We stayed for 2 nights. Our room was clean with balcony. Bathroom was quite small. Breakfasts were crowded and there was nothing special. We enjoyed our stay, hotel is lacated not far from the funicular,which can take you to old city center.

"Not 4 stars feeling."

Visited during holiday with CZ travel bureau "Cedok". Nice room, but noisy environment. No safe, no minibar. Bizarre deposit for remote control and pity fees for wifi. Poor breakfast- no vegetable and fruit, small buffet table for too many people. Dinners was ok.

"Only 1 night. That's enough."

It was just a transit destination. Only 1 night. That's enough. The photos are beautiful about the hotel, but reality is different. Maybe I was not lucky, but my room looked at the yard. It was very hot, a very noisy rotating fan trying to ease the heat. Unsuccessfully. The bathroom is very small. I'm a "standard-size- man" but I could not even move in a shower cabin. Okay, I understand. One bed room is not comfortable. (And I pay more for her ...) But so much? All right, passers-by, very tired, just fine for 1 night. Otherwise, kind staff, close to downtown. Unfortunately, I can not write more positives.

"Traveler"

This was my first and last time at this “hotel”. Very poor standard of accomodation, breakfast is better in kindergarden, almost no hot water under shower, no water pressure in toilet... Hotel stuff is friendly, but owner needs to invest serious amount of money in infrastructure. Hotel is rated as 4* and I woud rate him as 1*.

I had Lunch and dinner at the restaurant, when you get in, you are met with the best and most amazing Waiter and Hotel staff. Michele the waiter was very helpful and friendly. The food was Amazing, I had to go back for seconds. He also guided me with the trains and how to get around. Thumbs up 👍🏼 I would highly recommend this Hotel.
