El personal nos ayudó mucho con nuestras dudas ,. La ubicación maravillosa cerca del tren y del barco. Las camas cómodas y buena temperatura en la habitación.

Es lamentable q en la habitación no hubiera un pequeño frigorífico como en todos los hoteles ya q llevo medicación q tengo q conservar en frío. Tampoco agua de cortesía ni detalles en el baño. El secador de pelo con muy poca potencia y los enchufes algo retirados de las camas. La mampara del baño incomoda ya q daba con la encimera del lavabo y no se podía abrir bien para regular el agua.. En un hotel de esta categoría no me esperaba esto y mucho menos con lo caro q es

Beds too soft and uncomfortable.. overall service orientation of hotel of such prestige was lacking. Send GM to the Taj or Oberoi in India to figure service.

交通位置非常便利，便利停车也很方便，关键停车场还可以打五折优惠。员工服务真的是一级棒，非常的细心，早餐也很丰富。

Location is perfect. Staffs are friendly.

Room facilities are far below what you paid for. The double bed is so small and not able to fit for two adults. Breakfast selection is limited and quality are just fair- lower Even not as good as we stayed a 3 star hotels in oslo. Be honestly, the hotel is over rated. It is only becuase of the history, not the hotel quality itself

Location of this hotel was great. Very walkable to all things and easy to get around. Hotel is very attractive and clean. I appreciated the accessible room on the ground floor. Breakfast was very good with lots of options. Room was comfortable and had a nice area for sitting outside.

It's expensive, but that's this area. Front desk staff were fine, but not overly friendly or welcoming. Restaurant staff were super friendly but I would say the food was just okay (outside of breakfast).
