"Grosses Zimmer mit sehr gutem Frühstücksbuffet"

Gut und ruhig gelegenes Hotel am Eingang zum Naturpark, ideal zum Wandern. Die rote Fassade des Hotels ist von weit her sichtbar. Wir wurden freundlicherweise von einem Standard- auf ein Superior-Zimmer upgraded. Da gab es eine gemütliche Sitzecke mit Sofagruppe, Salontisch und Balkon. Sogar eine Flasche Wein stand für uns gratis bereit, herzlichen Dank! Supertolles Frühstücksbuffet, das beste auf unserer Reise in Mallorca.

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist traditionell in sehr dunklen Möbeln gehalten.

Die Angestellten waren außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und freundlich zu uns. Jedes Problem wurde ernst genommen und umgehend gelöst. Die Versorgung war hervorragend. Danke für das Upgrade, den Sekt und das Eis am Pool!

- das Zimmer war etwas hellhörig - die Dusche sehr schmal und schlecht zu bedienen

Perfektní a přátelský přístup personálu (slovensky hovořící manažerka je pro Čechy a Slováky třešnička na dortu :-)), vyjímečná ochota (upgrade na lepší pokoj) a velmi krásné místo - opečovávaná zahrada a bazén; perfektní čistota. Kousek od pláže, uprostřed malého městečka, přesto velmi klidné. Dobrá možnost parkovat u hotelu a v blízkosti pěkné cíle pro výlety (Formentor beach, Pollenca...). Rozhodně se vrátíme.

Jediná drobnost byla lehce vrzající matrace naší king size postele :-), ale rozhodně to nezkazilo náš pobyt.
